Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap in alignment with company vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
