Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive technology vision for the year 2026, identifying key innovations that will drive business growth.
- Emerging Technology Evaluation: Conduct in-depth R&D into breakthrough technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive dynamics, providing strategic foresight.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align technology investments with core business goals.
- Prototype & Proof of Concept: Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future technologies to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a strategic technology role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing R&D or innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to look beyond current constraints and envision viable long-term technological solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex strategic problems.
- Communication: Superior presentation and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
