Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to identify viable opportunities for integration and competitive advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental R&D initiatives and pilot programs focused on next-generation solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical strategies with business KPIs.
- Market Positioning: Advise on how technological advancements can be leveraged to enhance market positioning and customer experience.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous innovation within the engineering and product departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading major digital transformations or technology launches.
- Expertise in emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry trends accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
