Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and communicate a comprehensive vision for the company's technological evolution over the next three years, aligning with business goals.
- AI & Automation Integration: Identify high-impact opportunities for Artificial Intelligence and automation to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and market shifts to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to prioritize initiatives and secure buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource distribution for long-term R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
