Responsibilities
- Future Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global technology trends, specifically focusing on AI evolution, Quantum computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces for the 2026 timeframe.
- Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps that align with company goals and industry shifts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, startup collaborations, and R&D partnerships.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex technical forecasts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in clear, compelling formats.
- Prototyping & Labs: Oversee the 'Horizon Lab' initiative, ensuring we are constantly testing concepts that will define the next 5 years.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive consulting.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial application.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
