Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Architect innovation frameworks for enterprise adoption of emerging tech
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
