Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI governance frameworks
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging tech innovations
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for future tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum/AI ethics (IEEE, Nature journals)
- Proven track record scaling R&D from prototype to market
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or bioinformatics
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international partnerships
