- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with corporate goals and investor expectations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of next-gen solutions across global operations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
