Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and market position.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Biotech, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Investment Prioritization: Evaluate potential R&D initiatives, partnerships, and acquisitions to determine their feasibility and strategic value.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders, securing buy-in for new technologies and infrastructure changes.
- Innovation Frameworks: Design and implement frameworks that foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks associated with adopting bleeding-edge technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond immediate product cycles and forecast industry shifts 3-5 years into the future.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Blockchain) and their business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated agility in navigating ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on new data.
