Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems capable of handling future-scale data and AI integration.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready infrastructures) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of futuristic solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-impact tech projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks or prototyping for post-2025 environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
