Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the organization leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) and assess their viability for business integration.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale new technologies within the company.
- Manage partnerships with R&D labs, universities, and tech innovators to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for future-tech projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in a major enterprise or high-growth startup.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing executive leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
