Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-computer augmentation
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia and government agencies for next-gen tech adoption
- Translate complex technical innovations into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous system governance
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving climate tech and accessibility challenges
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Tech Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch proficiency)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2020-2023)
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US NIST guidelines)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq) and low-level systems design
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovations deployed to >1M users
