Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 integration.
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies to create a competitive edge for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for next-gen solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy in line with future regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
- Manage a multi-million dollar technology budget for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Leadership within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging quantum technologies.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing complex, long-term projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
