Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Sustainable Tech integration.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure future-ready infrastructure.
- Drive cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Translate complex technical visions into clear business value propositions for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior strategists and technical leads within the innovation division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact R&D initiatives or digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital ecosystems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing high-performing, diverse teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
