Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging technologies including quantum AI, biocomputing, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing tech applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market readiness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical innovations into practical implementations
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Ensure all solutions adhere to ethical AI principles and sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling pilot projects to enterprise-level deployments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future technologies (2018-2023)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
