Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable energy systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies through partnerships and acquisitions
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Ensure ethical implementation of innovations through responsible AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building and scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
