Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech frameworks and ethical AI principles across all initiatives
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers on future-proofing methodologies and disruptive innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory landscapes, and ethical frameworks
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English with exceptional strategic communication skills
