- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Partner with C-suite to align emerging tech with business transformation goals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3 strategic verticals
- Present future-vision to stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners
- Build and mentor a 15-person elite innovation lab team
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ core technology patents by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- PhD in CS, Engineering, or equivalent innovation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
