Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and test future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis and roadmap development
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, advanced robotics)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends (desired)
