- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 tech landscape shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Strategy preferred
