- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for multi-year tech investments.
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive startups to maintain competitive foresight.
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and industry disruptors.
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding innovation methodologies across all business units.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies or products.
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis.
- Executive-level communication abilities to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Certifications in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO) highly valued.
