Responsibilities

- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech adoption
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Oversee R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Forecasting
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents/whitepapers)
