Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with proven implementation experience
- Track record of developing and scaling breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
