- Analyze global tech trends to identify investment opportunities in emerging markets
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks (UN SDGs, OECD AI Principles)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
