Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale disruptive innovations through agile methodologies
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify market opportunities and threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present executive-level strategic briefings and technology adoption plans to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on ROI projections and ethical impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and technology governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a focus on innovation management
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism (preferred)
