Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
