Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and measure ROI on R&D investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate disruptive threats and opportunities through horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or innovation management
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprises
