Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate innovation cycles
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
