Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to explore blue-sky opportunities with 5+ year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Experience building strategic roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, academia)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to business audiences
