Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats to inform strategic pivots
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, neurotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
