Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecastingStrong background in product development lifecycle
- Certified in technology strategy or innovation management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling tech solutions in high-growth environments
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
