- Architect patent-protected solutions addressing climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and establish university partnerships for talent pipeline
- Measure ROI of innovation initiatives through KPIs like time-to-market and adoption rates
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI or quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
