- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or relevant MBA preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
