- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven risk/benefit analyses
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and tech incubators

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or emerging technologies
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI, or biotech convergence
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills (Python/R required)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
