Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and revenue targets
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists through agile prototyping cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) for trend modeling

- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Singularity University)
