Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption and growth objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
