Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape mapping
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
