Responsibilities
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces) into product roadmaps
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech implementation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and human-machine systems
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology design
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technology ecosystems
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AI ethics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
