Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with cutting-edge tech startups
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/platforms
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for tech initiatives
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting preferred
