- Present strategic vision and progress to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-disrupting technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech landscapes (AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech, Web3)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Strong stakeholder management ability across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology strategy frameworks preferred
