Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, generative AI, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (SDGs, circular economy principles)
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
