Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving grand challenges in sustainability and healthcare
- Mentor a team of specialized engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech or biotech
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in funding for innovation initiatives
