Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with strategic relevance
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future technology initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging tech adoption and R&D collaborations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, HYPE Innovation)
