Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market potential
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats in emerging tech spaces
- Create thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as a future-tech pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-tech initiatives
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AI Strategy, Quantum Computing) preferred
