Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, S-curves, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
