Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping to identify first-mover advantages
- Design and validate MVPs for next-gen technologies using agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or neurotech

- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE)
