- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives and investor expectations
- Direct R&D investments in future-focused verticals with $50M+ annual budget oversight
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technology architects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, startups)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data into actionable insights
