Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong communication skills for presenting strategic insights to diverse stakeholders
