- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech trends
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pilot programs and measure ROI of technology initiatives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to align tech initiatives with revenue growth
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
