Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
